Coast LED Lenser LED Lantern Review - The Gadgeteer

Coast-LED-Lenser-LED-Lantern.jpg

A review of the Coast LED Lenser LED Lantern (TT7105CP) has been posted over at The Gadgeteer. 'This LED lantern is powered by 4 D cell batteries. To access the battery compartment, you unscrew the hard rubber base and and open the cover. According to Coast LED Lenser, one set of batteries should power the lantern for 80hrs at maximum brightness. If you dim the light, you can get as much as 200hrs from a set of batteries. I do wish that this lantern had the additional ability to be powered by alternative means such as a 12V car adapter. To dim the light, you just hold down the power button on the front of the lantern. After a few seconds, the light will start dimming. This setting is not saved though. As soon as you power the light off and on again, it will go back to max brightness.'

MereGear Introduces New Focus Beam Flashlights from Coast LED Lenser

Coast-7847-DigiTac-II.jpg

MereGear has announced a new line of LED flashlights manufactured by Coast LED Lenser. They have adapted their patented Prism Reflector System to create an adjustable beam, which is unprecedented in the outdoors product business. LED flashlight users can now choose from a powerful focused beam to see objects clearly at a distance, or choose a wide beam to illuminate a larger, close-up area. Coast LED Lenser's patent pending focusing lens technology also prevents dark spots, which is typical of other focusing LED flashlight technology when moving from a concentrated beam to a wide beam.

Coast LED Lenser Auto LED Review at The Gadgeteer

Coast-LED-Lenser-Auto-LED-Review.jpg

A review of the Coast LED Lenser Auto LED (TT7575) flashlight has been posted over at The Gadgeteer. ‘This little flashlight immediately reminded me of a stubbier version of the Coast LED Lenser V6 Stainless Steel 6 Chip model that I reviewed a couple of months ago. Like that flashlight, this one is made of brushed stainless steel that gives it a very sleek look. This one doesn't have a power switch though... instead you have to twist the head to turn on the light. This action is a little difficult given the fact that the barrel of the flashlight is very smooth metal. I really wish there was an actual switch, which would make things easier.’

Coast-LED-Lenser-Focus-Beam-LL7438.jpg

A review of the Coast LED Lenser Focus Beam (model: LL7438) has been posted over at The Gadgeteer. 'This torch comes with 2 sets of AAA Alkaline batteries (one set already installed), a handy mesh belt pouch and a hand strap. The LL7438 has a rugged Black solid metal casing with a cross hatch style grip. The design is more military / tactical then the other Coast flashlights I've recently been reviewing. The switch is located on the end cap and is an easy to press spring loaded click button.'

Review: Coast LED Lenser V2 Power Chip (LL7461) - The Gadgeteer

Coast-LED-Lenser-V2-Power-Chip.jpg

The Coast LED Lenser V2 Power Chip (model: LL7461) flashlight has been reviewed over at The Gadgeteer. 'This torch comes with batteries, a handy little mesh belt pouch and a hand strap. The LL7461 is made of stainless steel with a smooth brushed finish. The design is simple, with a small click power button and decorative holes drilled around the head. The shape is different than a lot of flashlights on the market. In hand it has a nice heft and balance that makes it comfortable to hold. The size seems perfect for medium sized hands and the rubber grip around the barrel makes you confident that the light won't slip from your grasp.'

Review: Coast LED Lenser V6 Stainless Steel 6 Chip - The Gadgeteer

Coast-LED-Lenser-V6-Stainless-Steel-6-Chip.jpg

A review of the Coast LED Lenser V6 Stainless Steel 6 Chip (model: LL7732) has been posted over at The Gadgeteer. 'The LL7732 as I'll call it from here on out, is a hefty little flashlight. It looks and feels like it has been carved out of a solid bar of steel. You can just barely make out the seam where the head screws into the barrel. This light is made of stainless steel and has a very smooth brushed finish that doesn't seem overly prone to fingerprints and smudges like some stainless steel items that I've used in the past. The design of the light is very minimalist. All you really notice is the small steel click power button, Coast logo and holes drilled around the head.'
