Hope Vision 4 LED Bike Light Review - BikeRadar.com

BikeRadar.com have published a review of the Hope Vision 4 LED off road night riding light. 'Like most Hope gear, it’s the practical elements of the new four-eyed LED that make it stand out. For a start, Hope has deliberately used LEDs with a 'warmer' colour than usual. That means you don’t get the initial shockingly bright ‘feck me someone’s driving a BMW down my singletrack’ effect of normal LEDs and HIDs. Instead, it’s a much more natural halogen-style illumination. This means even when you’re running the light in the higher power settings on damp woodsy singletrack, there’s much less glisten to dazzle you. The softer contrast from the warmer colours also makes it easier to perceive depth and judge the surface than the sometimes stark clarity of whiter lights.
