The Bright 28 LED Ultra-Violet Flashlight is a light which can be described as a specialized instrument since it has Ultra Violet capability which would be particularly useful in detecting fraudulent IDs and credit cards. The flashlight would however be an extremely useful tool to have around as it is touted as being water-resistant which should be good enough for illumination during a downpour.
