I am not aware of the desire on the part of consumers [especially flashlight connoisseurs] for the multi-color, multi-led flashlight. There is however a certain sense of joy whenever you are the first to spring a new gadget on your friends. [Of course I stand to be corrected and would readily concede there are very credible uses for colors other than the more common yellow incandescents and white leds.] 'The body of the Gerber Recon is anodized aluminum in a flat black finish.
